Set in a quiet leafy street, the flat includes a combined loungeroom, kitchenette and bedroom with a separate bathroom. North-east facing and light-filled rooms. Dedicated off-street parking.

Only a 2-minute walk to the Watson local shops and bus stop, a 10-minute walk to the Phillip Avenue light rail stop, and a 10-minute walk to Mt Majura. Catch a bus, take the light rail or ride your bike to the ANU.

The split heating/cooling system and insulation keep the flat warm in winter and cool in summer. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower and includes a washing machine. Clothes can be dried on a rack in the sunny front courtyard, or on the washing line behind the flat.

The flat includes a TV, clothes storage (chest of drawers and wardrobe), lounge, dining table and two dining chairs, which also could be used a desk. The kitchenette includes portable double cooktop, microwave, rangehood, fridge, crockery, pots and pans.

As the flat is located behind my house, I'm looking for a quiet, clean and tidy tenant. Sorry, no pets or children. Best suited for a single person.
