The housemate - Deb, mid 40s, working in the APS 4 days/week with a bit of studying and volunteering thrown in. Enjoys hiking, all things science, swimming and the gym.

Ideal flatmate is a female, non smoker, preferably late 20s & 30s, who has lived on their own before and had experience share housing. I'll be asking for 2 references, a police check and a stable income. Ideally you’re in the later years of study or a young professional and are friendly, reliable with communication skills and trustworthy.
