8-bedroom shared share house, Hackett Gardens

Are you an ANU student seeking share house accommodation? We currently have a vacant room in our student share house, directly across the road from the ANU, on a beautiful tree-lined street in Turner. The large room is recently painted and carpeted, with an in-built wardrobe. The room has its own ensuite. Communal kitchen and laundry facilities, with driveway parking. Rent is $295 per week unfurnished or $330 per week furnished (this would include a brand new white IKEA study table, study chair, floor protector for under the study chair, a bedside table and a single bedframe - mattress not included). Rent includes all utilities other than the internet (the cost of which is shared by the tenants at approximately $12 per month per tenant). If you are a responsible, kind and very tidy undergraduate or PhD student looking for accommodation, we would love to hear from you. No couples or pets please. Minimum 6 month lease.

The EER is currently unknown but the house is insulated and has window fittings, with central heating and cooling. The house also meets the ACT Government's new insulation requirements.
