I am are looking for a new downstairs tenant for a house in Cook, now 12th March

The available space for RENT:
You could have the master bedroom with ensuite and lounge downstairs (almost self contained) and possible share the Kitchen upstairs : Laundry is in seperate space and shared downstairs. 5 Mins walk to bustop and 22 mins by bus (route 32) into ANU or Civic.

You would be sharing with myself, an Arts worker. This household has a left / Green outlook and I hold forward-thinking ideas about living on this planet. I am amiable, warm and inviting. I am a Pescatarian (I eat fish) but mostly eat vegetarian foods. I produce my own honey (hives in the backyard and frontyard); I also run an annual the music festival each summer

I am looking for a freindly and considerate person with a positive attitude to life. You are after a drama-free home and don't mind doing your bit to keep the home clean (at least your space downstairs) and tidy then we are on the same page. I would prefer a full-time working professional person in the Arts or Sciences .... Will consider others options also of course, Students etc :-)

YOUR RENT would be $1430 per month payable each month in advance on the 11th of the month. (which is $330 a week if worked out over the full year). AVAILABLE now March 2025.
