Room in Manhattan apartments (240 Bunda st. ) In the heart of the city. It's near all major bus routes and the light rail. Right next to Canberra Centre, Glebe park and close to ANU.
The room has built-in closet , double bed and small desk. The rest of the apartment is furnished but can remove the bed if you have your own bed. The apartment is very well insulated so it is nice and warm in winter and cool in summer and the air conditioning system works perfectly. No couples as my contract doesn't allow me to rent for couples.
The unit has 2 bathrooms but the laundry facility is located in the bathroom so you will have your own shower and toilet but I will have to enter the bathroom when I do my laundry.
Amazing views as it is located on level 9.
Bills (gas, electricity and internet) are shared. Usually it’s not high amounts ($25) a week but we will share when invoices received ( some monthly and some quarterly).
No parking available and can be hard to find free parking spots in the city, very easy to catch a bus anywhere.
The building has a pool and a well equipped gym (so no need to pay for a gym but the pool is outdoor and closed in winter.
Will be sharing with 1 guy (me) 42 yo who works full-time.
No pets allowed. LGBT friendly. Age doesn't matter.
Available mid March.
$350 per week plus bills.
