You will have your own bedroom, bathroom/toilet, and a garage spot if needed. Rental price includes house bills (electricity/gas, rates, internet).
Located on the Lyneham-side of Kaleen, the house is a short drive or ride to the city, ANU, or UC.
We have a small dog so anyone interested should be comfortable with sharing the home with a pet.
We will carefully consider pet owners, dependent on how our dog reacts and cleanliness.
We are looking for non-smokers who are preferably introverted, quiet, and clean (like we are). Prefer that our housemate does not WFH a lot (due to limited space).
