The house has a small backyard with a compost bin, fire pit and veggie garden that you’re welcome to use. There is on road parking, often off road spaces and lockable storage in the garage for bikes. The housemate - Deb, mid 40s, working in the APS 4 days/week with a bit of studying and volunteering thrown in. Enjoys hiking, all things science, swimming and the gym.

Resident cat, Sam. A cuddly 17yr old Burmese, who is friendly, social and handsome. Must like cats.

Ideal flatmate is a female, non smoker, preferably late 20s & 30s, with experience share housing and a stable income. Ideally you’re in the later years of study or a young professional and are friendly, with good communication skills and happy to balance being social (having a chat and shared meal) and respecting the need for personal space. Happy to get together once a week for an hr or less to clean the communal spaces and be up for creating a homey environment.
