Double bedroom with own bathroom in brand new granny flat with double glazed windows, large garden and quiet area. Sharing with owner. Each has their own bathroom and live independently so not so much a share house. However the washing machine is in the ensuite so the owner will need access now and again just to put her washing on so someone flexible who doesn’t mind that would suit best. 😊



For $15 a week, the rent can be inclusive of energy efficient use of water and electricity as well as unlimited 100 speed NBN. Otherwise bills can be split but $15 is a reduced cost of what the bills will be if split and is easiest for shorter term stays.

The kitchen that will be used and dining area in the main house only a few metres away- which is much bigger- but you get the privacy of coming back to your room.

Oh and a little dog, Laurent. :-) Laurent is very friendly, who will stay out of your room too if you don’t want him there but if you do he will be happy to be company too. The place is for someone who is easy going and happy living in their own space.
