Compact single bedroom with bench desk, cupboards and drawers, bookshelves, and built-in wardrobe. Linen and bedding provided, and all utilities, except phone, included in rent.

House is centrally heated (new gas furnace and ducting) but there is also a low-wattage wall panel heater in rooms for individual comfort. We sometimes enjoy open fires too. In winter (April - October) there is a heating surcharge of $7/week.

Lodgers have access to kitchen with dishwasher and new microwave; dining room; lounge; clothes washing-machine; and enjoy sunny deck, garden gazebo, and BBQ firepit.

Suit mature postgrad student or visiting Fellow.

Walk or ride to UC, 10 min bus (no. 32) to ANU.
