This is a brand new security apartment block not yet lived in called 'The Capitol Residences'. Our apartment is on the 12th floor north facing which is bright, with a huge entertaining balcony and lovely views. It is right next to the entry of ANU on the corner of Hobart Place and London Circuit which is a very quick walk. We are able to provide some furnishings for a negotiated amount on top of the rent. We will consider a small pet and we welcome ANU students either two singles or two couples however only 4 can live in the apartment at any one time. Walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. State of the art gym in the building along with one secure car space underneath. The building has a hotel style lobby with a full concierge service, private mail box, dry cleaning service and cool storage for your online grocery deliveries.
