We are offering four individuals to 4 large en-suite bedrooms within 20 minute walking distance to ANU. This property is only recently built (completed in Dec 2018). You will be the first person living in our brand new fully furnished house. You will have your own entrance at the rear of our house. We provide a fridge, two washing machines, lots of cooking utensils in the kitchen. In each ensuite bedroom you will find a single bed (with a mattress), a study desk and a chair, and a lamp. You have YOUR OWN SHOWER and OWN TOILET. Almost brand new.
Our house is fully air-conditioned (with a scheduled timer). Fast and unlimited WiFi (NBN) is provided. All bills are included in the rent.
Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood, however you can also enjoy the convenience of a 2 minute walk to local shops (an IGA supermarket, three restaurants, a post office etc). Bus stop (Route 51) is right in front of our house. Dickson shops is only a short bus ride. City shopping Mall is about half an hour walk or you can join hundreds of cyclists riding to city everyday on the bike path right in front of our house.
