2-bedroom shared apartment, Bunda Street

Room in Manhattan building (240 Bunda st. ) next to Glebe Park, right in the heart of the city. It's near all major bus routes (101 free city loop, 300s, 200s). Right next to Canberra Centre and very close to ANU.

The room has built-in closet. The room will be unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is furnished (can provide bed if needed). The apartment is very well insulated so it is nice and warm in winter and cool in summer, so you will rarely need to turn the AC on. Please note that the furniture will be different than pictures. No couples as my contract doesn't allow me to rent for couples.

The unit has 2 bathrooms but the one for this room has the laundry facility so will be using it every now and then for laundry. Mostly private bathroom with small exception.

Bills are shared including internet.

The building has a pool and a well equipped gym (so no need for a gym).

Will be sharing with 1 guy 36 yo who works fulltime.

No pets allowed. Outdoor smokers on the balcony only is ok. LGBT friendly. Age doesn't matter.
