I have 2 bedrooms available in our place in Holt near Kippax Shops (ALDI, Woolies, Takeaway, Library, Post Office, etc). The house is fully furnished. I am a working professional working in the morning only back in the evening/late night. My place is very clean and tidy, it is a respectful, non-partying and non-smoking household. Not accepting couple as there is only one bath and toilet to share.

Room 1: It's a large room with a 3 doors wardrobe fully furnished with a study desk, double sized bed, a tall boy and bookshelf.
$205 per week bills included.

Room 2: It's a large room with 2 3 doors wardrobe fully furnished with a study desk, queen sized bed and bookshelf.
$200 per week bills included.
