A room in a nice, clean two-bedroom apartment in Lyneham is available for sharing from 28/09/2019. You will be sharing the apartment with a friendly Vietnamese female PhD student in her 30'.
The apartment is in Lyneham, near Northbourne Avenue and Dickson shops. Dickson Interchange tram platform is two-minute walk, directly to civic and ANU is fifteen-minute bike. It has a large living room, two bedrooms, one bathroom, one kitchen and a parking space. Utilities (microwave, fridge, oven, washing machine, etc. ) are all available.
- The available room has a wardrobe, a study desk, an office chair and a big window with a lot of natural light. However, you need to buy your mattress or bed if preferred.
- Rent $190/week, 4 week bond.
- Water is free. Bills (gas, electricity, Internet) are shared equally. Based on previous bills, the weekly amount is around $15-20 for gas, electricity and Internet. It could be a bit higher in the winter.
The apartment is suitable for a female student (who has no visitor overnight, sorry) who likes a clean, safe and quiet place to stay and study.
