The rent does not include utilises, which is power, gas and NBN. The bond is three weeks rent and will be lodged with the rental office.
The Apartment is in Haig Tower on Northbourne, so it's walking distance to the city and ANU (10-15 minutes). Very close to a tram stop.

I am chasing a person who is friendly, responsible and reasonably clean. You don't need to be perfect, but using sheets on your bed is a must 😅
