There will be a room available from 22 April in our awesome sharehouse in Dickson. Currently there are two males living there. One full time student, one full time professional.
It is a newly renovated 3-bedroom home with large living areas and large backyard. A 5 minute walk to the Dickson shops, gym and community facilities. Close to a bus stop and the Dickson swimming pool. A 5 minute drive to ANU and 10 minutes to the University of Canberra. Room has built in robes.

A bit more about us:
I am a full time PhD student (philosophy) in my final year at ANU. I'm 31. The other housemate, Martin, is 40. He is working full time as an engineer and is typically in Sydney on weekends.
We operate independently of each other and are pretty busy people. I do improvised theatre and a martial art called Aikido. Martin has a family in Sydney and is working pretty hard when he is in Canberra.
We are considerate and never have parties (too much hassle). But we have friends round to dinner etc. Once in a while.
We are looking for someone who is similarly independent, but friendly and wants to make this a warm and fun sharehouse.
