2-bedroom shared apartment, Howitt Street

I'm looking for someone to rent the second bedroom in my lovely new apartment in Kingston. It's big, light and clean, with a sunny balcony and swimming pool. It's just around the corner from the Kingston shops and close to the lake. It has heating and aircon, a good kitchen with a dishwasher and all the usual appliances. The available bedroom has a built in wardrobe and will be furnished with a comfy double bed and desk (or I'm happy to chat about what you might need).

I am in my mid-30s and have just moved to Canberra for a new job. I love cooking, swimming, arts and culture, reading and yoga amongst other things. I'm friendly and relaxed about living with other people and like a clean, peaceful home. I'd like to find someone who's happy doing their own thing but who might also like to share a meal every now and then. Please note that furniture in the photos isn't mine, so expect it to be a bit different (probably more colourful and eclectic! ). I have some lovely artworks, lots of books, a big dining room table and comfy armchairs. I'll also try to build up my houseplant collection, which I sadly left behind in Melbourne.

Also, NBN is due to be connected in Feb 2019, so hopefully this will be available. Otherwise I'll have a good wireless connection.
