The main entrance to the unit faces the large backyard with garden beds and veranda. The flat has a kitchen with fridge, cooktop, small oven and sink (with hot water).
The unit is furnished with queen bed, bedside tables, dining table, chairs, tallboy and sofa. The furniture you see in the photos will be replaced with other furniture shortly. Just opposite the main entrance is our laundry with washing machine (to share).
The house is within walking distance of Dickson shopping district with lots of Asian shops and restaurants, and public transport (10 minutes to the city by bus)
Price is per week (incl. VDSL broadband). Utility bills are not included, and your share will be calculated based on usage.
We are a family of 2 with a very social and placid cat, and we live in the main house. A tenant that wouldn't mind looking after the cat or just feeding it on the rare occasion that we're not around for a few days, would be ideal.
Please note: due to sharing the hallway, and possible noise issues, preference is for a single mature and private person only (couples will be considered on application).
The unit will be available to view shortly, and ready to be leased from the 14th of February.
Term of lease will be 6 months initially, with the possibility of an extension until the end of the year.
