We are offering 4 large en-suite bedrooms within 10 minute walking distance to ANU. This property is only recently built (completed in Dec 2018). You will be the first person living in our brand new fully furnished house. You will have your own entrance from the driveway of our house. We provide a fridge, two washing machines, lots of cooking utensils, a single bed (with a mattress), a study desk and a chair, and a lamp. You have YOUR OWN SHOWER and OWN TOILET. All brand new.

Our house is fully air-conditioned (with a scheduled timer). WiFi (NBN) is provided. All bills are included in the rent.

Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood, however you can also enjoy the convenience of a 2 minute walk to local shops (an IGA supermarket, three restaurants, a post office etc). Bus stop (Route No 1 and No 3) is right in front of our house. Dickson shops is only a short bus ride. City shopping Mall is about half an hour walk or you can join hundreds of cyclists riding to city everyday on the bike path right in front of our house.
