This is a double room with everything you need including a built-in wardrobe, a standard single bed, a study desk, a chair, a lamp and lots of drawers. Professional cleaning for public areas (living room, dining room, toilet, shower room, walkway, laundry room) fortnightly and professional gardening every three weeks (all are included in the rent).

You will share bathroom & toilet (separated) with 3 occupants in the house.

Your rent includes: Basic water supply charge, Professional Cleaning for common areas fortnightly, Gardening & Internet bills.

You will be sharing bills of electricity, gas, and water(usage only). According to the past record, winter is around $30p/wk and Summer is around $20p/wk. However, the actual amount will depend on the usage of the existing occupants.

12 months contract, after contract finished, a new contract will be arranged and signed.
