Looking for a couple to share a brand-new 2 bedroom apartment in Dickson. You will have your own master bedroom, own bathroom (with bathtub) and undercover parking spot. Rent will be $300-$320/week.

You will be sharing the apartment just with me – a late twenties, professional female. I work long hours, and am away some weekends. So you will have the apartment to yourself for decent periods of time.

The apartment is very conveniently located right opposite the Dickson shops, and a couple of minutes’ walk from the bus and new light rail. We will be the first people living to live beautiful brand-new apartment. I will be moving in at the same time, and will be furnishing it with the basics. Your room however will be unfurnished.

The apartment looks similar to the photos here (these are Real estate agent’s photos), but the furniture will be different.

• Large balcony and theatre in complex
• Indoor sports centre with heated lap pool & gym
• Outdoor barbecue & entertaining areas

The apartment will be available from mid-October. You will have to go on the lease, which will be for 12 months. Bond will need to be paid. Bills will be split equally between everyone.

All genders and orientations welcome. Pets however (unfortunately) cannot be accommodated. While I would prefer a couple, I will consider a single person with the rent being a little cheaper.
