3-bedroom shared house, Limestone Avenue

Hello new students

I am away for the Australian Winter between 14th June to 30th September (3 months and 18 days or 15 Weeks 5 days) on a trip and am searching for a sublet at this time. This is perfect for those who just arrived in Australia and are looking for cheap place to stay while looking for your own place.

You'll be sharing with two lovely Australian housemates, both students at the ANU and UNSW Canberra. Everything is fully furnished in the kitchen, bathroom and your room - so you'll just need to bring your luggage with you and you're set! You'll get a nice and comfy memory-foam queen size bed and memory-foam pillows (Many Memory! So Wow! ) and a heater for your room as well.

The house in Braddon is on Limestone ave and is 5 mins away from a bus stop and 15 minutes away from Dickson shops (Much Asian Groceries! So Special! ). The rent is 300$ rent fortnightly (yes, $300 every 2 weeks for a house near the city centre, not 300$ a week like UniLodge). Internet and electricity bills are not included in the rent, but shared separately. I would ask for four-week security deposit/bond ($600) to be paid in advanced for students who are serious about the sublet.
