We are looking for a friendly female housemate to share an incredible townhouse in fabulous Braddon! Just a stone's throw away from bustling Lonsdale St and 10 minutes walk to the Canberra Centre, this home is a joy to live in.

The room has a built-in wardrobe and is very spacious, is east facing so you can sunbathe in the morning sun, and overlooks gorgeous Mt Ainslie. We also have super-fast unlimited Broadband Internet set up and ready to go! There are visitors parking in the complex as well as on-street parking if you require parking space. There are two living spaces downstairs and a large kitchen and courtyard.

You will be sharing with two friendly female full-time public servants in their mid-20s. We love to have a chat and a laugh, but we will respect your space as well.

The room is available immediately for $250 per week, plus 4 weeks bond of $1000. Electricity, gas, and Internet bills will be split evenly between the three of us.
