This townhouse has all the conveniences and furnishings necessary to move straight in with only a suitcase and walk to ANU!

3-6 months: $450 per week plus all bills except water. $1,800 to be lodged at ACT Bond Authority as bond. Standard ACT rental agreement.

1-3 months: $470 per week rent plus bills except water. Bond negotable, standard ACT rental agreement depending on length of lease.

1 month: $530 per week, including bills, in advance.

Next available from mid May. Rent is payable monthly in advance.
