A cosy fully furnished quiet bedroom available for rent in Dickson.

The house is located 10 minutes walk to Dickson shops and restaurants and 5 minutes drive to the city.
The room is available from the 25th of April.

We are looking for a clean and friendly person to share a nice house with a young professional couple and a student.

We’d prefer a non-smoker with no pets who is willing to share in the housework.

The room includes:
- double sized bed
- built in wardrobe
- bedside table
- shared bathroom with only 1 other housemate

Utility and internet bills will be shared evenly amongst the housemates.

4 weeks bond must be paid in advance.
