I am looking for an independent, exceptionally clean and tidy person to share a three bedroom townhouse with courtyard. The townhouse has two separate living areas, an additional powder room and a guest room. You will have sole access to a bathroom with a bath and shower and a separate toilet for the majority of the time. These facilities are shared when the guest room is being used. The guest room is usually occupied for about one week in a three month period. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, convention/microwave oven, standard oven, fridge/freezer and dishes, cutlery and other utensils.
The weekly rent amount advertised does not include bills. If you wish to pay your share of the bills as part of the rent, the weekly rent will be $190. (This includes the internet and water (which do not vary significantly). It also includes gas and electricity up to $200 per quarter. )
