Good sized unfurnished or furnished double bedroom and single bedroom available in three bedroom house. The bedroom has space for a double/queen bed and a desk and has large built in wardrobes. The rest of the house is furnished. It has a big bright communal living area, dining area and kitchen The bathroom has a bath and a shower. There is a large garden area and patio. The house is close to walking paths, a golf course and nature reserve so is ideal for anyone who likes walking or bike riding.

Kambah is a great suburb and has an excellent set of local shops- small Woolworths, bakeries, pharmacy, post office, great local coffee shop etc and is also close (5 min drive) to Woden or Tuggeranong Centres for Coles and Aldi. It takes about 20 mins to drive into Civic. There are now buses which run directly from very near the house to Civic in the morning and evening so easy access to University

Ideally if you were a staff member that would be excellent however a mature age student, international or local would suit the home.
