3-bedroom shared share house, Avonley Road

We have one bedroom available in a 3 bedroom house in a semi rural environment down the road from Ikea. It is rustic and historic mud brick cottage. Surrounded by paddocks with cattle, horses, sheep, rabbits and the occasional kangaroo.
We are 1 male and 1 female (not a couple) looking for a female to share. We are flexible on the duration. I work at ANU so could give you a lift to uni in the morning and home after 4pm. If you need more flexibility than that you would need a vehicle. Added bonus could be complimentary conversational English lessons and help editing assignments. Any age welcome but you need to know that you will be sharing with two people over 40yrs.
