Description
The room on offer is a unfurnished, containing a wardrobe and is big enough to fit a queen sized bed and bedside table. All common areas of the house are furnished with two living rooms and a combined kitchen/dining area.
The garden is a decent size and a has a good mixture of light and shade. In the Summer an apple tree provides good shade and there is a vine covered BBQ area. There is also plenty of space for those with a green thumb who wish to plant vegetables.
There is ducted heating which means the house is pretty toasty come the winter months.
Electricity, phone and internet charges are shared and there is a bond.
We are a non-smoking household (two female, 1 male) and are looking for a friendly easygoing person who is happy to share with a resident dog. If this sounds like you we would love to hear from you.
