The room is quiet and on second floor. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and is tastefully decorated with space with 2 small garden areas. Close to shops, bush walks, bus routes or 15 minute drive to Canberra centre. Non smoking. Owned by an artist.

Space
A large living room ideal for relaxing away from the city. Two garden spaces, three toilets and privacy upstairs with one of two bedrooms. The bedroom listed is in the second floor.

Guest access
Access to all of the house and garden areas except for owners bedroom and en suite. All kitchen utilities are available for use, washing machine and dryer and wireless throughout the house. Sheets and towels provided if needed.

Guest interaction
I often travel but if I am home I am happy to give as much advice as possible, especially on public transport, places to visit and our national art galleries. I do have Air BnB people staying at times and dance artists also stay depending on projects I have running.

Neighbourhood overview
The apartment block is very quiet - seriously! Friendly and lovely walks close to bushland - one of the wonders of Canberra. You can be in the bush 15 minutes out of the city centre. Kangaroos abound.

Getting around
We have a car space if you have your own car and there is plenty of parking. Easily accessible for public transport or driving. Taxi service is very quick except when Parliament is sitting - advisable to book early those weeks.
