Short walk/ride to bushlands, wetland, easy ride to ANU, ACU, AIE. Close to bus stop. Shops close.

Looking for respectful, clean & tidy house mate/s, who clean up after themselves & happy to contribute to chores roster, female/s or domestically inclined & gender conscious male/s. The chores roster keeps the house running well. The other occupants are usually local or international students or research post grad.
Rent for one person is $250. 00, for a couple $280. 00, plus utilities.
