3-bedroom shared apartment, Hopegood Place

This first storey apartment is 5 minutes walk to Canberra Hospital and the Garran Shops and a 5 minute drive to Westfield Woden. Nice view of park/reserve from balcony with bus stop right outside. Looking for one roommate to take the last larger room within the apartment. Apartment is already furnished however would not be against a few extra items. You would be sharing with myself and one other guy.

You will be sharing with two other guys. I am a 26 year old male studying at ANU. I moved here from Melbourne to study in the health field in 2015 and am hoping to stay in the one place for at least a few years! I'm usually working late as a PhD student salvaging failed experiments or a Pharmacists assistant in Woden just pretending to know what I'm doing... Have been in sharehouses for several years now and like living with others. Really respectful of space and privacy but always happy to share a meal or lend an ear after a bad day/week. Avid Parks and Rec, Broad City, Adventure time viewer :)

The second is a 29 year old health care worker at TCH who does shift work and often at conferences etc. Actually one of the nicest people ever to exist so big plus! Also wise AF so if your life is a mess, he can probably fix it for you.

Ideally looking for someone wishing to stay for more than 12 months. LGBTIQ friendly.
