1 single bedroom available in sunny north facing house with loads of sunshine to soak in. The house boasts of its beautiful leafy front and backyard full of fruit trees. Bedroom is furnished with king single bed. It has a built in study desk with huge robes and storage drawers to accommodate your belongings. Located right next to the bathroom and also has big sized windows which catch the early morning sun rays. Wi fi is included in the rent and an electric heater provided in the room. You have access to the kitchen and other common areas of the house. The house is occupied by me, my husband and our little one. We respect other people's privacy and expect the same back. A separate carport on driveway can be provided as well. Our place is close to shops and bus stop which is well connected to city, woden as well as tuggeranong. We love to walk till the lake front and hyperdome. Also you can go for nature walks on Mt. Taylor close by. Please feel free to inquire about anything.
