4-bedroom shared share house, Grey Street

We are looking for a new housemate or couple to live with us. We are in Deakin (near the Lodge) and are renting out two rooms!

Both rooms have built in robes and a pleasant outlook to the backyard. There is opportunity to have one as a bedroom and the second as a hobby/music/study/lounge or storage room.

Our house is huge, we have a circular drive-way, heaps of off-street car parking space, gas cooking, outdoor BBQ, deck, gazebo and pool. Our place has heaps of other great features - ducted heating and cooling, good (and cheap) internet, Netflix, wood-fire place and designed gardens.

We are two couples that have lived with each other for the last year. We all work and some of us study. We consider ourselves to be a clean, friendly bunch that are all pretty relaxed. Very happy to share food and wine but also very respectful of privacy.

We are active people, foodies, music lovers and enjoy sharing wine. On weekends we like to hike, go to markets and enjoy all that Canberra has to offer. We also come with three beautiful doggos (two pugs and a staff x stumpy tailed cattledog) so animal lovers are a must! We take many trips to the dog park and unlimited cuddles are promised :)

Bills will be split between all of us equitably. Bond is four weeks rent and two weeks rent in advance. The rooms are available now so let us know if you are interested we can send you more information and additional pictures of the house.
