4-bedroom shared townhouse, Thynne Street

We have a large bedroom available in a townhouse in Bruce. Rent is $190 per week, and bills split evenly.

The bedroom is unfurnished but is quite large and can easily fit a queen size bed and desk. It also has a large built in robe. You will be sharing the bathroom with one other person.

The place is quite spacious and furnished. The place has two living rooms, a kitchen with all the necessary kitchen utilities, and a private courtyard.

The house is conveniently located in Bruce, close to the University of Canberra, AIS, GIO Stadium, local shops,and about 10 to 15 min drive to the city depending on traffic. There are also multiple bus stops located across the road with buses to Belconnen and Civic/ANU (routes 3, 7, 300s, 900s) .

At the moment there is a couple in their mid-20s and a female in her 40s living at the place. We are all working full-time and generally quite busy with work and tend to keep to ourselves, but are happy to occasionally share a meal and chat. We are looking for someone that is clean, tidy and will clean up after themselves, is respectful of other housemates and can respect someone's privacy when they need it.
