3-bedroom shared house, Greeves Street

I'm looking for a housemate to share my three bedroom house.


$150 per week rent plus $20 a week for internet and bills.


You'd be living with me (31-year-old female visual artist with too many jobs), Skye (11-year-old german shepard who's all about the cuddles and walkies), Maurice ( drop-dead gorgeous 6-year-old tabby cat with royal blood), and Lanna, (two-year-old mischievous black cat who enjoys deep conversations and playing pranks on Skye).


You'll have a lovely furnished room complete with a brand new bed and pillowtop mattress and beautiful antique timber bedroom suite.


The house is lovely and warm, fully furnished, has gas cooking, and a big yard with vegetable gardens. I'm always making improvements on the place when I have time. There is also a granny flat taking a small section of the yard, but it has it's own access and is fully self contained.


I'd really like someone who would be happy to feed the fur kids when I'm away and take Skye for walks (20-30min light walk is great because of her age). I go away occasionally for exhibitions and residencies, so it would be good to know the place is in good hands. On the upside, house to yourself! I have the rent reasonably cheap to make up for it.


Female vegetarian or vegan is preferred. I don't mind how old you are, as long as you're kind and easy to get along with. Conscientious introvert preferred :).
