4-bedroom shared house sitting, Wilkins Street

We are looking for someone to housesit throughout some weeks in August! You would have a large family house to yourself for that time, and care of two elderly Labradors. (You must be comfortable with larger dogs. )

Rent for the period of housesitting is only the cost of utilities. The stay can be extended up to two months on either side of August, for convenience, and a negotiable rent will be charged.

The bedroom for rent has inbuilt wardrobes, a double bed, an ensuite shower and toilet, and private sliding doors to the garden.
There is a shared kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave etc, and a large dining table. There are two living rooms and a potbellied stove. The back garden is big and leafy and has two entertainment areas, with a BBQ and chiminea. The front garden has a verandah and off street parking.

We are a 5-minute walk from the local shops. There is an oval, a tennis court, and a park a few minutes down the road.
The house is a 7-minute walk from the main bus route through Canberra, which takes 15 minutes to the major shopping center of Woden and 30 minutes to the city center and the ANU.
