3-bedroom shared share house, Mugga Lane

This is a large home in a semi rural setting, 20 minutes from ANU. There are range of possible options available for accomodation. I am flexible with the lease.
Your car will be in an enclosed garage.
The room has one huge bedroom without furnishing,
one big bedroom with built ins,
1 very small bedroom that could also be a study.
There are also 2 lovely outdoor rooms that could be art studios or personal spaces for yoga or meditation or even tutoring.
If I share with a couple, the rent would be 250 for the couple plus $50 for electricity per week
If I share with one other, the rent would be $200 per week plus $25 for electricity.
If I just rent the smallest room out, it would $120 plus $25 per week for electricity.
Water bills are quarterly and split equally.
Firewood is free and provided all winter by the owner.
You will also be sharing with an indoor cat and large peace loving dog.
I am a female vegetarian and I don't smoke.
I have some furniture and there will be a fridge and washing machine and couches in the home. You will need your own bed, and clothes storage. There is a desk available.
This is not a home for 'lets just party' people. It is a pleasant companionable home away from home, particularly if you are an overseas student or staff member.
