Single furnished bright and airy room available for short-term accommodation to a clean and considerate female professional or postgraduate student for a maximum of 4 weeks.

The room is booked and is only available from 15 March - 13 April 2017!

Rent is $180 per week (paid weekly or per arrangement) and includes all bills Wifi/water/electricity/cleaning/gardening - food is kept separate. I can offer half or full board - price to be negotiated based on your needs. I was a chef in a former career, so good and nutritious food is guaranteed and I happily cater for any dietary requirements.

If you cater for yourself, you will need to thoroughly clean up after yourself in the kitchen - that is not included in the rent.

Room comes with single bed, bedside table, small desk and chair, shelves, large built-in wardrobe, block out curtains, awnings outside to keep sun out in summer. Clean carpet and a rug. All linen and bedding supplied.

House is a very clean and tidy, but a very homey 2BR townhouse and fully established quiet household. I am a professional female staff at the ANU and have an elderly cat and fish. You will need to like cats!

The fabulous Jamison Shopping Centre is 3 minutes walk across the road, as are the bus stops. One bus to Belconnen or Civic/ANU. During peak hours, 2 bus lines (40 and 717) service Cook to Civic/ANU with a short 15-25 minute bus ride to ANU. Great bike tracks also down along the lake or on road.
