Our four bedroom house is located within walking distance to Gungahlin town centre, so you can enjoy the convenience this area offers.

We are a couple in our 30's with Asian background. Friendly and easy to get along with. This house will suit a female student or professional who is quiet and clean. We will give preference to an Asian girl.

With only 3 people living in the house, Your privacy is ensured. You will also have your own bathroom and toilet most of the time except the time when we have guests staying with us.

We have the fastest NBN plan with unlimited data which will only cost you $5/week. All other bills split 3 ways and to be paid quarterly.

There is a double bed, a desk, a chair, a lamp and a built-in wardrobe in your room. We are also happy to share our kitchen utensils if needed.
