2-bedroom shared short term accommodation, Childers Street

This is a room for rent in Davey Lodge of Unilodge @ ANU.

The room is available from late November to the 31st of January and is a single room within a 2-bedroom multishare. My roommate however will not be here during this time so you will have the bathroom, kitchen and living space to yourself.

It is the closest location to both ANU and the City Centre.

ADMIN NOTE: To apply for this accommodation you may not currently be living at any of the UniLodge buildings at ANU. You also must be a fulltime ANU Student. Once you meet this criteria then you and the current resident will need to visit Lena Karmel Reception together to make the changes in our system. Once a date has been agreed upon by all parties (keeping in mind that we need at least 28 days’ to process after we have received the appropriate form), we will make the relevant changes. Please be aware that we are unable to process requests with a check out date of Saturday or Sunday. In cases where the current resident requests a check out date of Saturday or Sunday, the contract end date will be pushed to the following Monday.

SUMMER HOLIDAY NOTE: Extended summer guests are only permitted to stay between the 1st December 2015 and 31st January 2016. This must be done via UniLodge reception and following the appropriate procedures.
