I am a single female (semi retired, working part time from home) looking for a female to share a quiet, friendly, comfortable, relaxed fully furnished 3 bedroom/1 bathroom home in a lovely quiet street. Cooling & central gas heating. Modern kitchen, 2 living areas, lovely outdoor area and gardens.

Great location: close to Griffith shops, Kingston Foreshore, Manuka &Parliamentary triangle.

$230 rent per week includes all bills – gas, water, electricity & wifi. The room has a built in wardrobe, double bed and bedside table. Linen provided if needed.
