Hi potential housemate,

We have just signed the lease on a great house in Ainslie, moving in this Friday (9 September). Now we have need of one more person to fill the vacant room.

The house:
Modern, spacious brick rendered house slightly elevated from the street, walking distance to Ainslie shops and a couple minutes cycle to Dickson shops. It has all the mod-cons, including gas stove, central heating, a few reverse cycle air conditioner units and built in wardrobes. Beautiful rear courtyard, with side access to the street through the yard also. 2 bathrooms (1 an ensuite) and a separate laundry.

About us:
We are Jess (29) and Bruce (30), and Paul (23) and Damien (29); 2 public servants, 1 masseus (bonus! ) and 1 designer (double bonus for resolving our empty house space).

As seasoned house sharers, we are looking for someone responsible and considerate. Of course you will be clean and respectful, and won't be partying on weeknights without us involved! In particular, dinner parties should include us where possible ;)

However, we are also very open to a church mouse who just wants a gorgeous slice of Ainslie and a quiet room - all the rooms are very well segregated.

We are otherwise open to who can stay - short or long term, student or worker, etc.

Preference given to those with appliances and/or mid-century designer furniture!
