4-bedroom shared house, Westgarth Street

This Centrally located environmentally friendly house, located on a quite Street, is within shouting distance of the ANU. We are seeks one to share with three others—two males and a female who are all working.

What we are looking for? A non-smoker, who is clean, communicative and considers others (as you would be sharing), and be part of a house, as opposed to just renting a room. We, on occasion, like to share a meal, chat, play a Boardgame or just like to have a wine or talk about anything and everything. But we are all busy with our own social lives too, so you will like your own independence and like to do your thing.

The room is large and can occupy furniture of your own, but we can supply some if you need it: chair, table, with the option of other nic-nacs, eg lamp or side table. The room is big so there is room to move.

The room is the main bedroom with inbuilt wardrobe with reverse cycle air conditioning. While we can supply some furniture you would need some added personal resources.

The room is located in a great, spacious, two-story house. It has an great garden and wonderful flower beds to contemplate the universe.

The house has an large kitchen, walk-in pantry, and has open natural light which provides great natural energy for easy living.
