With comfortable, well furnished spaces, a balcony area and two ensuite bathrooms, this apartment is a great option for short term stays from between one week to two months, offering both privacy and communal areas. 15 minutes walk to ANU and 25 minutes walk or a short bike ride into the city, you will be close to lots of amenities including a local supermarket just a few steps away from the front door.

The space:
I live in the apartment in a seperate bedroom with it's own ensuite. The second bedroom (your room) offers privacy from the communal spaces and has an ensuite as well. With two ensuite bathrooms in the apartment, the room gives a feeling of being its own private abode. There is also a spare bicycle for use if required. $360 per week includes bills and essentials such as toilet paper, soap, kitchen basics, and cleaning products.

I am a very tidy and considerate person who usually rents this room out on Air Bnb. Currently I rent the room on a short term basis to respectful, considerate and like minded guests.
