Accommodation consists of carpeted small bedroom with double bed, lowboy and dressing table, PLUS a study opposite with polished wood floors, walk-in wardrobe, computer desk and chair, bookshelves, and sofa. All linen and bedding is provided, and all utilities, except phone, included in the rent.

Lodgers are welcome to use kitchen with dishwasher; dining room; lounge; clothes washing machine; and enjoy sunny deck, garden gazebo, and BBQ firepit.

Suit mature postgrad, staff or visiting Fellow short or long term. Would consider a couple short term ($260/wk includes own bathroom).
