3-bedroom shared apartment, Allambee Street

We are looking to fill the spare room from 15 February. The apartment is a 2 min walk to the Canberra Centre and a 10 min bike ride to ANU.

The available room is NOT large but can comfortably fit a single bed and desk or a double bed. The room has a built in wardrobe. The bedroom is UNFURNISHED (a bed and small desk will be available via negotiation with exiting housemate). ONLY street parking is available for your car.

We are two males, I am working in the public service (37M) and my housemate (22M) is a student at ANU. I have the master ensuite and you would be sharing the other bathroom. The house is fully furnished and has a large living area, a second large balcony overlooking the garden/fountain area and fully equiped kitchen/laundry (new washer/dryer). It would be highly preferable if you were renting the room for at least 6 months.


Rent: $190/week - with two weeks rent paid in advance (Real Estate policy)
Bond: 4x $190 = $760
Bills: Electricity and Internet bills are split evenly (Internet $90/month; $30 each; quarterly electricity varies).
