4-bedroom shared house, Mull Place

Our house is renovated with kitchen, 3-way bathroom, living and dining areas and well insulated double-glazed windows shared by occupants in 4 fully furnished single rooms.

This house is within 15 minutes’ walk from Belconnen Westfield, less to the Belconnen fresh markets, Jamison Centre, and a 5-minute walk to Route number 32 bus stops that take you to the city. Three out of the four rooms are currently occupied by male international students and a fresh ANU graduate.

We are semi-retired professionals who also live on site in an attached unit. We speak English, German, French, Chinese and Japanese and are happy to help international students with English and your settling in Canberra in a friendly and safe learning environment. The kitchen and laundry are fully equipped so you can cook your own meals. If required, meals may be provided as an optional extra by special arrangement.

The weekly rent of $205 includes use of electricity, gas, water, and broadband internet.
