A single room is available at an excellent location in Campbell. Civic, Mt Ainslie, Lake Burley Griffin is at walking distance, ANU, ADFA are just minutes drive or bike or a few bus stops.

The room is ideal for undergraduate or postgraduate studies, or someone working in Civic and wants to walk to work. Current occupants are two young professional males and one ANU female student. We are looking for a quiet, tidy, friendly housemate. Definitely no smokers, party goers. No couples sorry.

The kitchen includes and electric stove, a large shared fridge, a microwave and plenty of cupboard space. The bathroom has a washing machine and outside plenty of clothes lines space. The room has a large built-in wardrobe and it is furnished.

The rent does not include bills. Electricity, water and internet bills are shared. The rent does include a cleaner, who comes once a month for the common areas.
