Two rooms ($140 and $150 per week) available from 24th June 2019.

- Prefer 6-month to 2-year rentals, but short-term occupancy also considered.

- Quiet, clean, fully furnished, with single beds; linen provided or BYO.  

- Close to bus stop (one bus to ANU, 15 - 20 minutes), shopping facilities, hospital and health services, AIS, UC, Jamison Plaza, Belconnen Town Centre.  

- Suit undergrad, post-grad or visiting staff member. Overseas students welcome.

- Kitchen has large gas cooktop, electric oven, microwaves, freezer, separate refrigerators and pantry areas, polished timber benches.

- Ducted gas heating throughout, complemented with cosy slow combustion wood fire in the living areas.

- The owner cleans the bathroom and toilet, vacuums the common areas of the house. Guests are responsible for their own rooms.

- Utilities (gas, electricity, water&sewerage, NBN and firewood in winter) are shared and paid quarterly.

- A bond of two weeks rent is required in advance. (No written lease, as arrangements are based upon trust and due consideration, which has worked well in the past. )
